Live Chat with the Up Family

You can live chat with the Up Family team via facebook messenger plugin in our knowledge-base website or via facebook website itself.

1. Visit our knowledge base website (http://knowledge-base.up-family.com.au)
2. Click on the messenger icon that pops-up on the bottom right corner.
3. Log into Messenger (with your facebook ID).
4. Once logged in, you can start your live chat with the Up Family team.

Live chat via Facebook Messenger

1. Login to our facebook page –> https://www.facebook.com/theUpFamily/
2. Once logged in, click on Send Message button present below your cover photo.
3. After clicking on Get Started in the chat box, you can start your live chat with the Up Family team.
