Use this guide to store all your project and job-related documents inside of Service-Up. The Service-Up document storage is useful for storing documents associated with a specific job but does not have to be associated with a specific date. You can use document storage for; Drawings, contracts, SWIMS or anything related to a specific job.
To store a document with a project but not associated with a specific date, follow these instructions using Service-Up
Upload Attachments
- Select ‘Jobs’ from the left-hand side menu
- Select a job card for a project within Service-Up
(If you do not see your job card, use the drop-down menu or search for that specific job using list view) - Next, Select ‘Upload Attachment’ at the top of the screen and select the attachment you wish to upload, then select ‘Open’.
You will see a notification to indicate your document has been successfully attached to the job card.
View attachments
You can access your documents by scrolling down to ‘Attachments’ for a specific job
To store a company document which is not associated with a specific job card, use Up-Family document storage.
