Document Storage (Service-Up)

Use this guide to store all your project and job-related documents inside of Service-Up. The Service-Up document storage is useful for storing documents associated with a specific job but does not have to be associated with a specific date. You can use document storage for; Drawings, contracts, SWIMS or anything related to a specific job.

To store a document with a project but not associated with a specific date, follow these instructions using Service-Up

Upload Attachments

  1. Select ‘Jobs’ from the left-hand side menu
  2. Select a job card for a project within Service-Up

    (If you do not see your job card, use the drop-down menu or search for that specific job using list view)
  3. Next, Select ‘Upload Attachment’ at the top of the screen and select the attachment you wish to upload, then select ‘Open’.

You will see a notification to indicate your document has been successfully attached to the job card.

View attachments

You can access your documents by scrolling down to ‘Attachments’ for a specific job

To store a company document which is not associated with a specific job card, use Up-Family document storage.
