  1. Login to https:\/\/up-family.com.au\/<\/strong><\/a>\"\"<\/li>
  2. Switch to Trade-up for Your Company (eg: Example Company).<\/span>\"\"<\/li>
  3. Click on <\/span>Forms<\/strong> tab available in the left hand side bar and click on <\/span>Create Form<\/strong> button present of the right hand side.\"\"<\/li>
  4. Choose the form type and click on Toolbox Talk<\/strong>.\"\"<\/li>
  5. From the dropdown select the Job name and fill the desired information in each required sections.\"\"<\/li>
  6. You can even add your own subjects by clicking Add Subject<\/strong> button. Once completed, click on Add Signature<\/strong> button.\"\"<\/li>
  7. In the signature area, sign digitally, put your name and click on Save<\/strong> button.\"\"<\/li>
  8. If required, add another signature by clicking Add Signature<\/strong> button, sign digitally and click on Save<\/strong> button.\"\"<\/li>
  9. Click Save<\/strong> button to create a Toolbox Talk<\/strong> form.\"\"<\/li>
  10. To edit or update the toolbox talk form, click New Revision<\/strong> button or simply download as PDF file.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
