The Up Family provides you with pre-filled Employment Positions<\/strong> in Classifications. However, you can create your own classifications or edit the existing one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Follow the steps for Classifications<\/strong> update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to https:\/\/up-family.com.au\/<\/a><\/li>
  2. In the Up Family dashboard, click on the Companies<\/strong> present on the left hand side.\"\"<\/li>
  3. Select the company that you want to create or update the classification. This will show the company details.<\/li>
  4. Switch to Classifications<\/strong> tab. Here you can see a list of Employment Positions<\/strong> which are editable.\"\"<\/li>
  5. Click on any Positions from the list to view and edit.<\/li>
  6. To create your own Employment Positions<\/strong>, click on Create New<\/strong> button.\"\"<\/li>
  7. In New Employment Position<\/strong> form, give a name for the Position and if you want to Track this position, tick the check box.\"\"<\/li>
  8. Next, in Rate<\/strong> section, enter the desired base rate for the position. This will automatically calculate the time and half and double time rate along with Weekday and Weekend cost.\"\"<\/li>
  9. To add Allowance, click on Add New Allowance<\/strong> button. Here you can select allowance type, allowance percentage and base rate. \"\"<\/li>
  10. To pay allowance on leave tick the check box for Paid on Leave<\/strong>.<\/li>
  11. To Add New Employment Cost<\/strong>, click on this button and choose the options from dropdown, set the percentage and tick the check box if required.\"\"<\/li>
  12. In Leave<\/strong> section, enter the Annual Leave hours<\/strong> and Leave Loading percentage<\/strong>.\"\"<\/li>
  13. To add New Non Productive Period<\/strong>, click on the button and select the option from the dropdown menu and enter the hour value.\"\" \"\"<\/li>
  14. To add New Dynamic Allowance<\/strong>, select the options from the dropdown and enter the percentage and base rate.\"\" \"\"<\/li>
  15. After completing all the necessary date, click on Save<\/strong> button.\"\"<\/li>
