To create your custom Form Template in Service-Up;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to https:\/\/up-family.com.au\/<\/li>
  2. Click on Up-Family logo and click on Service Up<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. In Service Up dashboard, click on Forms<\/strong> present on the left hand panel.<\/li>
  4. Click on Create Form Template<\/strong>.\"\"<\/li>
  5. In the pop-up box, click on Checklist<\/strong>.\"\"<\/li>
  6. Give Form a name, click on the checkboxes where applicable and add questions or a group of questions.\"\"<\/li>
  7. To save it as a draft simply click on X<\/strong> button present of the top right corner or else click Cancel & Discard Draft<\/strong> button to delete.\"\"<\/li>
